"Our party was a huge success, and we heard nothing but positive feedback from all of the guests about the food on the Italian Buffet. The chicken parm was fantastic and complimented by all. The most comments though came regarding the tortellini salad. By using such gentle seasonings, the flavors of the food were allowed to come out and it was really fabulous. According to some native Mediterranean guests we had with us, it is also apparently in line with how the recipe is intended to be served. (Kudos!!). Delivery worked out perfectly, right on time, easy and quickly set up.
